Are you incorporating advanced layered facials into your service range?
Push your treatment outcomes to greater heights
‘Layering’ is the aesthetic technique of combining 2 or more treatment technologies within a single service to deliver a fully comprehensive and psychologically satisfying treatment experience for your client.
The following layered treatment plan aims to provide a transformative experience for your clients, where they can leave the treatment room with their skin looking visibly smoother, plumper, lifted, firmer, rejuvenated and radiant.
Step 1. Smooth, decongest and refine with hydrodermabrasion
Hydrodermabrasion is a great starting point for a layered facial as it thoroughly removes the stratum corneum, providing a perfectly prepared canvas for the following treatments to achieve a deeper-reaching effect. Throughout the application, skin is also treated with hydrating skin corrective fluids tailored to the client’s individual skin type.
Step 2. Detoxify, plump and rejuvenate with an oxygen facial
The skin is now primed to allow deeper oxygenation of the cells via oxygen therapy. Pure oxygen delivery revitalises, hydrates and plumps sunken, tired and stressed-out skin for a dewy, radiant complexion. The oxygen also acts as an antibacterial treatment for acne, and the oxygen is enhanced with nourishing skin infusions selected for anti-ageing, pigmentation, acne concerns and more.
Step 3. Lift, firm and refresh with microcurrent
The next step is to give your clients a dramatic anti-ageing effect through microcurrent muscle re-education. The treatment prongs deliver low-level electrical current to various muscles of the face to immediately improve facial contour and definition and a brighter, lifted appearance. Treatment also stimulates collagen production and ATP synthesis for long-term anti-ageing benefits.
Step 4. Brighten, soothe, restore and correct with LED
The final step engages LED therapy to finish the service with a calming, balancing and restorative treatment that leaves your clients radiant, relaxed and refreshed. A therapeutic LED colour can be selected to suit your client’s specific skin concerns (for example, blue light for acne, or red light anti-ageing), or you can devise a strategic combination of colours to intensify the overall skin balancing effect. Treatment stimulates damaged cell replacement and collagen and improves overall tone, texture and clarity.
